By offering consumers a customized medical tourism insurance policy, IHT World relieves some of the worry and stress related to medical travel. IHT World receives no commission on customer-purchased policies from Global Protective Solutions, while patients receive coverage for all eligible claims, both while abroad and for a specified period of time after the patient’s return home. In addition to extra medical treatment and/or surgical expenses that may arise as a result of a complication, coverage also includes, but is not limited to:

• Emergency evacuation and accidental medical expenses for a travel accident unrelated to the medical procedure
• Repatriation of remains due to a covered complication or a travel accident
