Laura, I am reading your book Medical Travel Today: Opinions and Perspectives on an Industry in the Making and am finding it immensely informative. It is superb. I am a practicing physician assistant in Addiction and Internal Medicine and am planning on being involved in medical travel facilitation. I am eventually relocating to Brazil. Your newsletter and again your book have been very enriching for me. I am attending the MTA congress in Chicago this month and plan on attending the Medtour expo in Las Vegas (my home) in May of 2012. My first experience was attending their conference here in May of this year and it was a wonderful conference. I hope I can someday get my copy of your book signed by you.
