24 States Threaten Legal Action Against Biden’s Vaccine Mandate

USNews.com—Two dozen states on Thursday threatened legal action against President Joe Biden’s recent vaccine requirements if his administration does not change course.
In a letter addressed to President Biden, 24 Republican state attorneys general urged the president to reconsider his decision to require companies with more than 100 employees to mandate vaccinations and frequent coronavirus testing for workers, calling the plan “disastrous and counterproductive.”

The DOJ Says A Data Mining Company Fabricated Medical Diagnoses To Make Money

NPR.org—The Justice Department has accused an upstate New York health insurance plan for seniors, along with a medical analytics company the insurers is affiliated with, of cheating the government out of tens of millions of dollars.
The civil complaint of fraud, filed this week, is the first by the federal government to target a data mining company for allegedly helping a Medicare Advantage program to game federal billing regulations in a way that enables the plan to overcharge for patient treatment.
